Having been involved in development and construction for the past 13 years, and owning investment and rental property for more than 27 years, I have gained wide-ranging experience in the many aspects of real estate in our area. As a full-time resident I have enjoyed being involved in our coastal lifestyle — in our schools, our church, a variety of business and community boards, and the many recreational activities that make this such a great place to live. My experience and perspective – and my enthusiasm for the area — have put me in a great position to help others as they explore this market.
